I paid $99 for a contact lens exam. They told me that with their exam, I had to try their house brand of contacts. They were uncomfortable and my vision wasnt improved. I brought all of their starter items back and asked for a copy of my exam results. They stated that I couldnt have the results of my exam until I came back for another exam. After a heated conversation, they offered to repay my $99. This is at best crummy customer care and very probably illegal!!

I was leaving my house to go to an event and when I picked up my reading glasses, one of the arms came off. The screw apparently fell out and was no where to be found. I was frustrated and visited Americas Best on Barrett Pkwy to see if they could fix this.I was met by Melissa at the front desk. Friendly, courteous When I explained what happened, her response was straight forward I got you! She took my glasses, inserted a new screw, adjusted them and in no time, I was good to go. During that time, I was bantering with Lola but we were having a grand ole time. Neither Melissa or Lola knew that I was having a crappy day however, both of them dismantled all my crappiness just with being pleasant, helpful, responsive, and jovial.Thank you, Melissa & Lola. Absolutely Terrible Place To Go
Absolutely terrible place to go! My husband confirmed his appointment for tomorrow at the Green Bay store. Ten minutes later he got a call saying his appointment was cancelled and couldn’t get another until June. A little Birdy told me that corporate fired all their opticians and optometrists so now they don’t have any. I think it’s odd because I went through this same thing two years ago when I tried to make an appointment. I DON’T recommend this place. Go to a private practice, avoid places like these.

First eye exam and bifocals. I was initially happy with the service and glasses and went there because I don’t have vision insurance and they’re cheap.Well…you get what you pay for. Two pairs of bifocals and one pair of reading glasses. The arms on two keep loosening up so I frequently need them adjusted so they don’t keep sliding down my face. One pair an arm fell off. My Foster Grant readers stay intact for many months.Ironic “America’s Best” frames are all made in China. I’m going elsewhere for my next glasses because these are not worth the hassle.
